Which devices does PropelMapper run on?

PropelMapper runs on modern Android and iOS phones and tablets. For field work we recommend a device with GPS and a recent OS update.

Do I need an internet connection to map a field?

No. You can capture boundaries and observations fully offline. Your work is stored on the device and syncs automatically the next time you have a connection.

My data isn't syncing — what should I check?

First confirm you're signed in and online, then pull to refresh on the maps screen. If it still doesn't sync, note the time it last worked and contact support so we can take a look.

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or reach out to support.

Who can see the maps I create?

By default your maps are private to your account. Maps you choose to share become visible to the colleagues you invite within your Laeveld Agrochem team.
